Yoga Teacher Training
This Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a welcoming introduction to the ancient art and science of yoga. Rooted in classical foundations, our curriculum focuses deeply on personal and spiritual heart evolution.ogether, we’ll explore the fundamentals of asana, pranayama, and teaching in a way that supports both your personal practice and your growth as a teacher. Whether you’re looking to teach or simply deepen your understanding, this training meets you where you are.
Throughout the program, you’ll experience a variety of class styles, teaching approaches, and learning environments, including sessions with guest teachers from local and national communities.
Our intention is to create a supportive and engaging space where you can learn, ask questions, and enjoy the process of growth.
By the end of the training, you’ll feel more confident in your voice, more connected to your practice, and inspired to carry what you’ve learned into your life—on and off the mat.

My Teaching Principles
-

Yoga Philosophy
Bridges physical postures and daily life. These teachings we will explore encourage the cultivation of mindfulness, compassion, and self-awareness. The Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita and Light on Yoga are a few. of the topics covered.
-

Anatomy
We cover functional anatomy to ensure instructors can guide students safely and prevent injuries. Our anatomy expert, Shanna Lin, helps us analyze the skeletal system, joint mechanics, and major muscle groups to understand optimal alignment and structural limitations in various asanas.
-

Mentorship
Our mentorship focuses on building basic teaching confidence, helping you find your unique teaching voice, and applying this with logical sequencing and structure so that you find your signature style safely and mindfully.
-

Community
Our community speaks for itself. If you come to a class or an open house you will ‘feel’ the warmth and connection. We foster an inclusive, collaborative, and non-competitive community that acts as a safe safe for personal and spiritual growth.
