Balance out your practice with some innovative Thai massage techniques and partner stretches perfect for releasing tight muscles, increasing flexibility and giving your body the TLC (tender, love and care) it deserves.  

Come solo or come with a friend / partner and enjoy some self care and laughter as we journey into the world of Thai Yoga and Partner Stretch. Besides being deeply therapeutic, the partner work is such a fun way to connect- try to keep a straight face, while practicing techniques such as the friendly crucifixion, jet ski, and double dog.  These techniques will give your muscle a much needed release and also help you stretch into some deeper expressions in your yoga practice. 

Take these techniques home to your family, friends and if you are a teacher, they are great to apply with your yoga students. 

For those of you feeling adventurous and curious about combining acro and thai yoga, there will be an opportunity to try an acro/thai technique.
