We will take a musical journey connecting us to our "signature beat" - the energetic body and intuitive movements through a creative vinyasa flow exploration. This flow sequence will infuse live music, mantras, and movements which will focus on realigning our chakras, allowing a deeper connection with "self." The heart is the bridge that leads us to our soul and Bhakti is the yoga of unconditional love that connects us to our true nature.
