This workshop will take you through a creative Vinyasa Flow journey, where we will be exploring sequencing that focuses on strengthening and opening the body as interconnected muscle groups. We all have areas that we are working to strengthen and with the right techniques we can target specific muscles and work toward strengthening them together so we moving toward our full potential. Once we generate the internal heat or tapas from our strength work we will journey through a systematic flow focusing on opening and releasing areas where we commonly experience blocks, tightness and tension. Introducing rocking techniques, breath, subtle adjustment techniques and mantra to really dive into areas like the shoulders and hips to open them safely and very deeply. Come with the willingness to explore your potential, sweat and have a good laugh doing it! This is an all levels practice!
